India 2015, Part 4

It took me nearly a month to write back in this blog. *bluergh*

Damn..yeah am f*cking busy nowadays to catch up life. August will be the sweetest month as it's when my birthday.

Now it is September. The ninth month of the year and I'm still stuck with my India's story.

Well well well..Day 3 here. So what's next? Ramoji Film City it is. Owh what's dat? *flipped hijab of mine*

It's a Universal Studio or Film City alike of Indian version.

It is so? I think it's more like Holywood movie set studio and it's damn huge. It's a film city dear. Can you imagine. Yeah please do so.They have this.Am so impressed.

For Bollywood lover like me *facepalm* this is the place for the shooting for some of the movie. Awesome!

We decided to ask the owner of the apartment to arrange for our transportation there as it's like out of town. It charged us like RM30 per pax for return journey.

So it's affordable with private coach of your own. Before we went there, we had an awesome breakfast like a king at one of the hotel there.

Yeap! When I said hotel, it's sound wow ( like orang kaya) but the the truth is,  this is the place where you can be assured about the quality and the cleanliness of the food! It cost us just for RM7 per pax and hell yeah the table are full with food ya'all. Am a happy me indeed!*joget, joget*

Check out here for more photos and details.

Ramoji Film City here I come.

The place is super huge. When I said it's huge its really huge. About 1600 acres. Welcomed by a big entrance and ticket cost us 800 Rupees, and it's damn hot that day, we decided to buy hat & cap to protect the beautiful face from the sun. *sigh*

Be inside it in a day, catch every shows, and then some of us split as the Q are damn too long and meet up at the vegetarian restaurant inside it for lunch. It was damn so good. I love it so much.

Tq Toy for the super awesome photos!

Then we went back to the city to try beriyani at one of the restaurant called Shahi and it's cost us like RM11 per pax with big portions of food. Again, yeap again, I can't resist the taste of Beriyani here. It's just like chunky heaven!

Dinner and back home to the apartment. I dunno what their activities as am too tired and off to my lalaland earlier as I've lotsa online classes to be entertained once am there.

To be continued till next time!

India 2015, Part 3

26th March 2015

The moment you hear lotsa noises out there, you know the new day has begin.

We had our breakfast at the apartment cooked by moi, a simple one before we are going to have the local cuisine. Can't wait to explore the city today. We're going to the Charminar area, to see the Charminar the old city itself, then we're going to the Chowhamalla Palace.

We took Auto, for us to be around. This is when your bargaining skills is needed. Tawar oii selagi boleh. Merasa kecut pert ahkak naik auto tu. From Banjara Hills area to Charminar, it cost us around 150 rupees per auto.

Once there, it look like Chow Kit Road. Everything is there. At that time it was really hot in Hyderabad, I wish I'm somewhere else. Masha Allah, I'm sweating just like a p*g.

We tried the local food, for breakfast, then we tried the famous ice cream - Bilal Ice Cream, then we went to try the famous Beriyani too. OMG it's heaven.I'm not a fan, but, it was really super duper delicious. Can't beat anywhere that I've tried earlier in the world. To my Dubai friend, mai Hyderabad baru hampa tau, hat kat Naif tu tak sedap wehhhh, mahai, baik lat Hyderabad kedai grand nak mampos tapi MURAH!!!!

All the photos were Toy's artwork. I just wanna share about the WTF experience once am going to enter Mecca Mosque. They said am not properly covered. But when it comes to their people, eh, even wearing half naked saree they can entered the mosque. I'm pissed off. Grrrr...

The food here, for me? I love the atom, I love the morning bread whatsoever they called it, tosei bla bla.Beriyani?Yumms. Bilal Ice Cream, yup for them too sweet, for me yummeh!Seriously, I love Gobi Manchuria so much.Ok pitam lapar!!

We spend one whole day out since morning, as we took so much time of loitering around. We did our prayers at Bilal's Ice Cream. The owner let us to pray at his office. Above all, the 2nd day here is just to adjust, to blend with the locals, and to just enjoy the colours of Hyderabad.

Psst... Funny story once there, when Rose decided to tease a group of students that Sarah is a Malaysian artist.Amik kau...beratur amik autograph.

India 2015, Part 2

Krik..krik..krik. Apa nak tulis ni?

25th March 2015

The day itself. As this is the 1st time am going to travel with totally strangers, our meeting point was at the KLIA 2 itself.
Yeap, I arrived early, hungry like a bear then waiting patiently for them to come.
Sheema & Sarah arrived earlier.
Waited for Along, Ros & Toy to be there too.
We had our dinner, then run over to the gate. ( aku heran macam semua tak pernah travel, gelabah mak limah je kat airport tu)

As am ready for my 5 hours flight,  damn my neighbour was so selfie addict, keep smooching his phone, after sending the selfie photo to his girl before the flight take off made me realise, am I that weird too once I took my selfie? (Duhhhh) How did I know? Busybody me using my eyes and ear to peek and hear every of his moves once he is besides me.LOL..Then he changed the seat, am all by myself for the row. Sleep like a baby to Hyderabad.

Once arrived at the airport, the immigration uniform-less except the white shirt asked me question such as, why are you here, what for, stare at me, I stared back ( mumbling in my heart, dey can't you see I have the Indian blood too, am coming home!) After, 3 minutes bla bla and bla he let me in. Stamped the passport and Hello Yindia!

Impressed. The airport look clean and modern.
Thirsty, need water. Then they told me, as Sarah, Sheema & Along had been to India earlier, they keep telling me, you need to be careful with the choice of the water.
Ah dah sudah, air pun susah nak minum kat sini?

Bought thru vending machine, waited for Sheema's driver as she asked the owner of our apartment to arrange for airport pick up and off we go to the city. The driver took quite some time to come and we're waiting like orang gila lapar nak mamp*s.(Ketibus jugak driver tu..memang sangap dalam van nak menyampai rumah tu!)

The road is quite ok, but the toll booth is really weird. It's like small hut with fan?!!

Alhamdulillah after 1 hour journey in the dark, like middle of no where, we arrived at our apartment which Sheema booked through AirBnB.It was superb and nice place to be in.Memang macam orang ada-ada ok.

It was too late, Toy went for rice hunting, we just went to sleep and once back from the rice hunting Toy & Sheema forcing themselves to wake up early for their flea market hunting. Me?Zzzzzzz......

India 2015, Part 1

Since starting 2015, I never plan for my trip anymore. Just get my bag and go.( if I have the budget)

After my sacred journey, I have a plan to have my get together with my Dubai's friend. So 2 months after my umrah am planning to go to Dubai.

My Umrah was on February so I'll go back again to Dubai on April. (sempatlah mak limah kumpul duit nok)

But, a lunch date on January with Along & the famous blogger Rose Dawson changed everything.
Damn!

They asked me either wanna join them to India or not. Seriously, I always wanted to go to India. Because sort of my root and I want to feel the people.

But this is not where the Taj Mahal area itself, this is where the famous Beriyani is all about----> HYDERABAD.

At 1st I was terrifying cause this is my 1st ever trip with total stranger in my life. It started with the visa application after my umrah and then yeah off we go. My ticket is not as cheap as all of them. With whom am going to travel with?

Along, ( my blogger friend), Rose and Toy Along's friend, Sheema Along's housemate and Sarah, Along's backpacking's friend. So everything is from Along. Hahahahaha....

I don't care as long as, this year, my red book will have a stamp from India is just enough for me! Weehooo...

Seriously I just followed the itinerary by Sheema. Enjoying every bits of it. Experience how to apply India visa ( Rose Dawson tolong isikan online form) and lotsa things.  This is total adventure.

I'll continue soon. This is just a teaser post. The details and fun parts will be described by Rose in her blog. ( blogger terkenal la katakan)

The Haramain, 2015

It's not a trip. It's a journey of the sacred placed for each individual Muslim.

I will not going write a long paragraph about my experience because everything I want to keep it with me. It's my 1st wonderful experience to be at the place that be in the top list of places I want to be in the world.

Makkah Al Mukaramah

It's a place, both when I feel I'm coming home. It's a place where I found lotsa love on the air feeling the love of Ar Rahman & Ar Rahim to His worshippers who came to perform Ibadah and to feel His love. A place where everyone trying to be the best, to be the best to grab all the bonuses when everything that been rewarded anywhere is being multiply by many.

Madinah Al Munawarah

Once you at Madinah, to see the green dome, you will feel the pain in your chest of missing that man so much. Yeap, our Prophet, Muhammad Pbuh.

It's a journey. It's my journey. I've no words to describe about my experience of being there. It's a soul thing. The images? U can google it up. To be there? Everything is just on your finger tips. What to bring what not? There are lotsa people sharing in the net. Even the list of things to bring.

For me, I want to keep it with me.

Ya Allah, invite me again for my Hajj and I want to be there many-many time before I die.Ameen ya Rabb.

Turkey 2014, Last Part

Back from Santorini.
Then off from Athens to Istanbul.
Stay a nite at Yilmaz Apartment, then last visit to Topkapi Palace then off to Dubai and then back to KL.
Topkapi Palace is a MUST for those going to Istanbul. There are lotsa of things that you can see and learn there.

Why we don't take a flite from Athens? It's all about cost.
We save around RM1k++  per person for the journey instead of direct flight from Athens to be back home.Plus we can still do our last minute shopping at Istanbul.

This trip that will be the most memorable one. I miss Istanbul everyday and definitely will come again. It took my heart away. Done, done and done. So, I can concentrate on my 2015 trip.

Alhamdulillah!
