Dubai 2013 - Part 1

I've been to Dubai for a stopover in 2011 when I'm back from my Yemen Trip. ( blogged about this in my old blog)

Dubai is not my dream destination because it's a desert.

Me and desert or Middle East will never be a best friend.

It's too hot for me and when I can simply get headache of being too much exposure to sun, so definitely being in a desert will be never an option for me.Full stop.

Arabs? I always skeptical to arabs, which I dunno why.I'm not racist, but I have this kinda feelings in my entire life of not liking them for their so called arrogant attitude even they're muslim. Bluerghhh...

I'm bad huh? Knowing that Prophet Muhammad is an arab too I shouldn't say this, but he is the Prophet. He is perfect and he is definitely an exception!

Seriously, my 1st ever trip to Yemen changed me.

When living with a Yemeni's family, mingle around with them, give me another perspective, all of us are human being. Some are bad and some are good. I shouldn't come with that kinda things again.

I do fall with arabs culture, specially Yemenis.Besides, all this while I do love Arabic language too. Anyway, in conclusion , I love arabic not the arabs. *wink*

When my best friend who living in Dubai, invited me to visit her, I've decided to go back in 2013.

Why not right? Above all, arabs is not that bad and I'm not going to mingle with them that much.LOL.

At that time, I have no specific plan on my mind. What to do? Where to go? What should I expect? How much should I spend. As far as I'm concern, people are saying to me, Dubai is EXPENSIVE.

Knowing that I always travel cheap but fun, I'm terrifying of thinking that I need to spend a lot in this country. I was planning not to shop too much, as I have a very tight budget.

Come on. I'm not a millionaire, I'm just me who earn and survive in my so called life, by baking & teaching. So I need to travel smart!

First part for my trip, are to find traveling partner and the flight ticket. Till then.

To be continued.....
